Here are specs of the current build: Turbo:KKK K26 turbo (~.73 turbine AR, 6.95" wheel diameter) Audi wastegate with a 9psi spring (spring is currently removed for 3psi) 2.5" mid-exit exhaust with Moroso Spiral Flow muffler 2.25" intercooler piping 32" x 8" x 2.5" intercooler 1st gen DSM BOV Fuel control:Currently using 19lb injectors and stock PCM Once I get my garage back, I've got a MegaSquirt and 42# injectors. Engine and transmission:Stock 1.9L DOHC engine MP3 transmission with stock pressure plate and Luk 6-pick disc and welded diff pin These pictures are a little old. Since then the IC piping has been re-done since that was my first time welded aluminized steel and it didn't turn out too pretty.

I can take some. There's nothing done to the exterior except for the spots where my brother hit my car and I just poorly painted over it.

Here are some pics of how the fuel control/tuning was setup until someone decided to break in and steal everything while I was at U-Wrench-It. I got fairly lucky because I was walking back out to my car with some parts and noticed my window was down. I said to myself, "I swear I rolled it up..." As I got closer I saw glass everywhere and everything was gone except for the computer. So, I turned around and went back into the junkyard and bought me a window. It was an easy fix, but too bad I'm back to square 1 with no tuning. If it wasn't for that I'd be at 9psi right now. That computer now servers as a web server for 7 domains now. As for the exhaust, what else are you looking for?

Thanks. I've finally got the MegaSquirt and 42# injectors. I'm going to the track on the 23rd with some other Saturn guys and I'm letting it loose at 10psi. I've never dragged before so I hope I can at least get 14's.

There' my first official 10psi datalog. I'm pretty rich as you can tell by the AFR and the duty cycle of the injectors. They are 42# injectors at 43.5psi so they should be able to support that fairly well. If you look at the graph, the aqua blue line is my MAP pressure. You see that it suddently drops off. The IC pipe blew off on 270 and was dragging the ground. At least I brought tools and a light because I was taking the front bumper off and replacing it at a BP station. Anyway, that power is wicked, and since it's quite rich, I still have more power to pull from it. I tried leaning it out a little, but it only made things worse. Now I get real lean at WOT and I'm trying to richen it up, but I can't. I'm wasting so much gas on this tuning stuff.

Does it show estimated horsepower on there?

Nah. I don't know how I could calculate that. My current goal is 230whp. Once I hit that, I'll aim for 250whp.

Well, that didn't last long. I ran a whole 3 days on 10psi until I killed it. I've just now go my garage setup and starting taking the timing chain assembly off so I can remove the head. My compression is a 122 - 120 - 180 - 38 on a normal scale of 210psi. I'm pretty sure I melted a nice hole in piston #4. The thing is, I wasn't lean at all. I was a little rich and you could smell it in the oil, but i doubt it was even enough to wash the rings. Oh well. Picture to come tomorrow.
I've now got a set of Wiseco 8.5:1 forged pistons coming my way and hopefully some H-beam rods as well. $460 for the pistons and $400 for the rods.
