I dont know about any body else, but i love working on my car. sometimes I wont even go 3000 miles before i change the oil. and if your worried about the cold just wear more clothes.

I change my own oil, too many bad experiences with inexperienced mechanics that forget things...I get it home and have a loose filter, it's not been changed at all, or the filter its self is not on there and you're spewing oil all over the damn place. If that happens and i changed it myself, I only have my own ass to kick...it's so much more convenient for me that way Those "forgetful" things happen more than you'd think...
