i think iam all right cause i allready got a permit but kids at school have been saying that you cant get a permit or liscense until your 18 now is this true?

what?? Its 15 1/2 for permit 16 for liscense.

It is changing to 18. I don't think it has happened yet but I think it is changing soon.
