The mufflers on my car are starting to get really loud and I'm looking to get new ones. I was wondering if you guys know of any that sound pretty good and aren't super expensive. My engine is a GM 3.1 that soon will be swapped for a slightly modded 3400. Also I'm looking to get some mandrel bent piping done here sometime, does anyone know any places that do it.

Most GM people (to my limited knowledge) go with borla exhausts.

I've got an apc on my car and it's not bad. I ended up having my exhaust made at Westerville automotive, they do compression bends and it's decent enough. Mandrel will be tough to find and expensive, I don't think it's worth the cost for the minimal gains over piping like I have.

Flowmaster looks fine, but does anyone know what it sounds like on a V6. They only had clips for 4 and 8cyl.
