So what do you guys use when changing your oil? Do you use ramps or jacks?? Which do you prefer and why?

jacks dude by far. They take less time, less dangerous, and easier. lol

nahhh, be a true BEEFCAKE like me and lift the car with your back, then kick a log under it with your foot, natural jackstands, then get to work, when done, just leave the car there, up on tree stumps in the front yard...the neighbors will love you for it, for extra flair, get a blue tarp with holes in it , cover the car, and trow briks on it to hold it down... thats what i woould do

ramps are easier...but if your car is lowered..like my lude was....no way in hell you'll get it up on those bitches....floor jack and jack stands for me....JEGS has a special on an all aluminum 3000 lb jack that weighs only 36lbs....and is super low to the ground to fit under lower/dropped cars...works for me

ramps if not lowered. Much faster and very safe.
Rhino ramps are best I've used, $20+ at walmart for a pair.
