Is there an easy way to take the speed limiter off of my camry or will that require me to by a hypertech tuner or something? I am looking for a low cost easy fix any suggestions?

Every ecu is different. I've heard of some you can make a simple sauder to the board of the ecu. Your best and safest bet is a proven chip. Most of these chips usually add a few ponies as well by modifying the fuel curve, and some may not. Bite your tongue and get the chip.

I know for some cars they make a dedicated chip that only removes the speed governer, but aftermarket is not as good for the Camry. Try to find out if the ecu takes it's speed readings from the speedo cable, if it does just disconnect the speedo cable. Bad part is your speedometer won't work and it's obviously illegal.

Hard to say, I didn't think Autozone would carry anything like that. Be careful on Ebay. I see lots of chips for real cheap, but they probably would only cause problems. Buy a chip from a reputable company like "Jet Chip", the price will reflect the quality. Expect to pay $100-$500 for a decent chip.
