the Blitz is a piggy-back, the greddy E-manage is a piggy-back, which would make an awsome unit for you, they offer an optional 3-bar map sensor , which allows you to switch between 2 maps..example: high boost w/ race gas and low boost /pump gas

Yeah i agree, the 7MGTE has so much more aftermarket for it than an Apex SAFC. Try Supra FAQ boards, thats where youl get your real info from.

As far as piggybacks go, the SAFC-2 is the best bang for the buck.
There is also the HKS vein pressure converter, and blitz makes some devices. Greddy makes piggybacks as well.
AEM makes the standalones.

I've heard the SAFC-2 is very complex and hard to work with, but that's just what I hear.

SAFC is one, if not the easiest tuning device. For the price its probably the best device you can buy. It is also an easy installation.

I've heard the SAFC-2 is very complex and hard to work with, but that's just what I hear. I learned how to work one with no instructions in about 5 minutes. They're very user friendly.
