Im still in awe, that was such a good race. I wason my way home from work when i came across a younger kid that looked like he was taking a ride in his daddys car.. It was one of those new twin turbo audi's. S4. Are those things all-wheel drive or something? because that thing blasts off the line. the power winds down on the top end though, because i powered by him at about 50-60 ;D

what color was this s4? i think i saw a kid driving a silver one like a week ago, he revved on me, but i was "haaayyyyyL nah!" and i backed off after we some traffic on sawmill, he kept goin, weaving thru traffic, it was quicker than shat...i coulnt keep up if i tried...

s4's arent anything special. Heck I think those A4's with the biggest engine have a better quarter mile time. Jspecs time slip is in the track page. he ran a 13.0

it was probably allwheel, did it say "quattro" on the back below the 2.8?...and "S" 4's are way faster than "A" 4's they are lighter and most importantly they come standard w/ the bigger engine...a 2.8 liter V-6 and it's twin turbo'd where as the A4 is only a 1.8L single turbo or the 2.8 normally aspirated

I have seen 3.0 A4's all around Dublin. the S4 only does the quarter in 13.8. Its not like a supercar. I just dont get excited about audi. They all look the same..now the A8..that is a fricken car

exactly...and clem your talking it down...like you would not drive one? and besides they are much faster than both our cars, and all that schnazz with a 13 sec car....that aint bad, imagine doing a "stage 3 engine performance uprgade" on that i dont even wanna know...geez...lol

previous generation S4's have the TT 3.0 V6 and are about 14.0 in the 1/4. Current S4's have a 340hp 4.2L V8 and are usually timed in the low 13's (13.2-13.4) in the 1/4.
ALL Audi S cars have Quattro and are, therefore, pigs. the RS6 is very nice, though....
