hit and run silver Eclipse with White Rims

A silver gen 2 eclipse with white rims ran a red light today and caused my buddy to lay his bike down and fucked his bike and leg up. it has a big AEM sticker n the left front fender and a basket handle spoiler, with exhaust, hardtop. don't know if it was GS, GST, or GSX.

The guy ran from the cops that were right behind my freind at the light and got away. anyone knows any info post it here or call me
